Boathaven spa Resort

This was definitely a beautiful place to stay. The room was fully equipped and we had our own personal spa on the balcony.

The views were a little disturbed with the construction of the new marina but I did not hear anything from this.

This property was situated approx 5 mins walk from the main street in Airlie Beach.

The property was well kept and tidy. It had modern furnishing and was extremely comfortable.

Absolute Ocean Front Resort

Speaking of the staff, we actually arrived at 9:00am. As our room was still being cleaned, the manager allowed us to use a bathroom to ‘freshin up’, he then watched over our Luggage until our room was ready.

The location is great. Just a short stroll along the board walk and you are in the heart of Airlie. With it being situated on the peak, you could not hear any noise coming from the wild night life of the locals. In fact it was very peaceful and private.

There is a water sports jetty where you can hire boats and kayaks ETC and of course the restaurant.

The rooms were clean and well presented and the bed was comfortable. There is nothing worse than taking a holiday with a bed that is worse than yours at home.

In conclusion I do strongly recommend this property, from a romantic getaway to a full on wedding ceremony……… It truly is one of the finest places to stay in Airlie Beach..
